IT Specialist – Zoho Platform

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist with hands‑on experience in the Zoho ecosystem to implement, customize, and manage Zoho applications across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate requirements into effective Zoho solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects.
• Build custom modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho with third‑party tools via APIs and Zoho Flow.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across Zoho modules.
• Provide technical support and train end‑users on Zoho tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Zoho configurations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, One, Books, Desk, or similar).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Zoho CRM Certified Administrator or Developer is a plus.
