IT Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality & Clinical Systems

About the role

The IT Supervisor ensures seamless operation of all technology systems supporting the luxury hospitality, clinical, and back‑office environments at Clinique La Prairie. Acting as the primary escalation point, the role maintains high availability of guest‑facing technologies and operational platforms during both pre‑opening and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations for front‑of‑house and back‑office network infrastructure.
• Represent the IT Manager in his absence, ensuring uninterrupted departmental performance.
• Provide technical support for hotel property management systems, integrated clinical platforms, and corporate applications.
• Maintain continuous uptime, compliance, and accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
• Supervise and mentor help‑desk staff, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues according to service level agreements.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT Standard Operating Procedures across the property.
• Participate in configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of new property systems.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of proven IT support or systems administration experience.
• At least 2 years in luxury hospitality, resort, or high‑end clinic environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong team‑management and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent communication skills.
