IT Support Officer

About the role

The IT Support Officer will provide first‑line technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of Land Sterling’s IT infrastructure and end‑user systems in Riyadh. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, managing IT assets, supporting Google Workspace, and contributing to cybersecurity and business continuity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software and system‑related incidents.
• Set up laptops, desktops and workstations for new hires and configure user accounts, email, file permissions and telephone systems.
• Install, upgrade and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including connectivity and biometric authentication systems.
• Manage hardware inventory, printers and peripherals.
• Maintain data backup processes and assist with disaster recovery activities.
• Administer Google Workspace services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, collaboration tools) and resolve related issues.
• Implement IT security policies, support cybersecurity audits and monitor system security.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to minimise downtime.
• Good understanding of network performance and security best practices.
• Ability to document IT assets, configurations and support activities accurately.
