IT System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, workstations, and end‑user devices while supporting key business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, email services, permissions and access controls.
• Configure and maintain network components including switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, firewalls and VPN connectivity.
• Administer and support the Odoo ERP system, handling user management, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues and provide technical support to employees.
• Manage IT assets, software licences and inventory, and coordinate with external vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures and configurations.
• Support IT projects, infrastructure upgrades and future technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP administration.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V) preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA) a plus.
