IVR Developer – Design, Build & Maintain VoiceXML Applications

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IVR Developer to design, build and maintain voice‑driven applications and automated call flows for our clients in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain call flows, IVR scripts and VoiceXML (VXML) applications.
• Integrate IVR solutions with backend CRM databases, web services and APIs.
• Configure and maintain platforms such as Cloud/Composer, Avaya Aura/Experience Portal, Zoom, Cisco or Twilio.
• Apply strong knowledge of SIP and VoIP protocols in solution design.
• Work with SQL, Oracle or other database technologies to support IVR functionality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing IVR systems.
• Proven ability to design, develop and troubleshoot voice applications.
• Experience integrating telephony platforms with enterprise back‑ends.
