JavaScript Developer

About the role

Medical Data Ltd. is seeking a full‑time, on‑site JavaScript Developer in Jeddah. You will design, develop and maintain web applications that enable medical data processing and visualization, contributing to secure, data‑driven healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement responsive user interfaces and integrate them with back‑end services.
• Build and maintain APIs and other back‑end components required for data handling.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high code quality through testing and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and fellow developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation and support continuous improvements of existing systems.

Required profile

• Strong front‑end development experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks or libraries.
• Hands‑on experience in back‑end development, API design and integration.
• Familiarity with state‑management tools such as Redux.js or similar.
• Understanding of web standards, responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well‑documented code with a focus on testing and debugging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with healthcare or data‑intensive applications is a plus.
