Jira Administrator

About the role

Technosat company is looking for a skilled Jira Administrator to manage and optimise its Atlassian suite in Riyadh. You will ensure platform stability, support business teams, and deliver custom automation solutions that align with organisational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence.
• Manage Jira Data Center environments, guaranteeing performance, security and high availability.
• Design, customise and optimise workflows, screens, permissions, issue types and automation rules.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using ScriptRunner, JMWE and other Atlassian Marketplace apps.
• Create dashboards, reports and analytics with EazyBI to support decision‑making.
• Implement system enhancements, change requests and new feature configurations.
• Perform application maintenance, upgrades, patching and health monitoring.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Atlassian solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security and best‑practice administration standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Jira administration.
• Proven experience administering Jira Data Center.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
