Junior Account Manager (Client Servicing)

About the role

The Junior Account Manager will join the Client Servicing team supporting a key regional account. This position blends project management with client relationship building, ensuring briefs are translated into clear, actionable inputs for creative and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, genuine relationships with clients and act as their trusted advisor.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and regular check‑ins with professionalism.
• Coordinate delivery across strategy, digital, creative and communications, keeping outputs on‑brand and aligned with objectives.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables, anticipating challenges to keep projects on track.
• Track performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights for client growth.
• Identify opportunities to add value through innovative ideas and solutions.
• Support the Account Manager/Director in pitches, new‑business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Prepare polished reports and maintain organised records for all client work.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a marketing, digital, creative or communications agency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑driven, structured thinker comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to go above and beyond for clients and teammates.
