Junior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of client projects, supporting senior consultants and gaining hands‑pace experience in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations and analysis.
• Collect, clean and analyse data to support project recommendations.
• Coordinate project activities, schedule meetings and track progress against timelines.
• Support senior team members in client interactions and workshops.
• Contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives and internal documentation.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience at a Big Four firm (PwC, EY, KPMG or Deloitte).
• Exposure to general consulting or project‑based work such as reporting, analysis or coordination.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint).
