Junior Data Scientist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Data Scientist to join a growing analytics team that builds data‑driven solutions and improves business performance. Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to support business decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Python and SQL.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations with BI tools.
• Support predictive analytics, segmentation, and forecasting projects.
• Assist in building scalable reporting and data‑processing solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Help maintain and optimise data models and pipelines.

Required profile

• Experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience querying relational databases.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of machine‑learning concepts (regression, classification).
• Foundational knowledge of statistics (hypothesis testing, distributions, correlation).
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain insights to non‑technical audiences.
