Junior Interior Designer – Tamheer Program

About the role

This position is part of Flow’s Tamheer Program and is designed for fresh graduates or designers with up to two years of experience. As a Junior Interior Designer in the Design & Development team in Riyadh, you will support projects from concept through construction, collaborating with architects, consultants and vendors on residential and hospitality assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards and client presentations.
• Assist with space planning, finishes, furniture, lighting and material selections.
• Create and update design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare FF&E specifications and material schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and project teams.
• Support design reviews, sample evaluations, documentation and project files.
• Research materials, suppliers and cost‑effective design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong creativity, communication and organizational abilities.
• Portfolio showcasing academic, internship or professional work.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
