Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a long‑term international initiative in partnership with a major Riyadh‑based organization. This full‑time, entry‑level position is remote‑first and will work closely with senior project leads to keep schedules, documentation, and communication on track.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project schedules and internal tracking tools for all active workstreams.
• Prepare weekly status reports for the Riyadh partner, ensuring alignment on deadlines and requirements.
• Coordinate internal meetings, set agendas, and document comprehensive action items.
• Monitor timelines to identify potential delays and flag them before they affect the overall schedule.
• Organise digital files and project documentation for easy access in a remote environment.
• Gather data from internal departments for regular status updates and project reviews.
• Support senior project manager with administrative tasks related to capital management workflows and resource allocation.
• Verify that deliverables meet quality standards and formatting guidelines before external review.
• Track project expenses and administrative costs to help maintain accurate financial records.

Required profile

• University degree in business administration, management, finance or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional clarity.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule in a fully remote setting.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and data entry.
• Logical problem‑solving approach and calm focus when handling multiple tasks.
• Professionalism and reliability when interacting with team members and senior leadership.

Required skills

• Familiarity with common project management software or willingness to learn quickly.
