Key Account Manager – OEM (Construction)

About the role

Hilti is looking for a passionate Key Account Manager – OEM to create enthusiastic customers and help build a better future in construction. You will work directly with key customers on construction sites, OEM manufacturing plants, offices and warehouses, delivering innovative, cost‑efficient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales activities, develop accounts and provide technical support to key customers.
• Visit customer locations to understand needs, demonstrate pioneering products and sell Hilti’s software and services.
• Submit specifications, manage large deals and ensure after‑care aligned with the Hilti brand.
• Build strong relationships with warm, responsive customers and act as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage large accounts, influence stakeholders and travel nationally.
• Results‑oriented, consultative selling style and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
