Key Account Manager – Strategic Clients (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

CTC is building the future of mobility in Saudi Arabia and seeks a Key Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships across corporate, government, hospitality, aviation and transportation sectors. The role acts as the primary business partner for assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key corporate, government, hospitality, aviation and transportation clients.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling and service expansion opportunities to increase revenue.
• Oversee client onboarding, implementation and ongoing service delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing and Commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support contract renewals, renegotiations and long‑term partnership development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of account management, client relationship or business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, hospitality, travel or related industries is highly preferred.
