Landscape Architecture Inspector

About the role

The Landscape Architecture Inspector will ensure that all landscape works are executed in compliance with contract documents, international standards, and local authority requirements. This role involves on‑site supervision, material testing, and coordination with contractors to guarantee quality installations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record execution of landscape works, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Inspect, sample, and test materials; identify non‑conforming items and notify contractors.
• Review and comment on contractors' method statements, technical submittals, and shop drawings.
• Attend technical coordination meetings to discuss submissions and construction matters.
• Conduct final inspections for certification of completion and hand‑over.
• Identify safety concerns and communicate them to contractors.
• Assist in reviewing interim payment applications and ensure statutory permits are available on site.
• Raise non‑conformance notices and site inspection notices to highlight quality deficiencies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.
• Ability to monitor, follow up, and maintain comprehensive records of work execution.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors and reviewing technical documentation.
