Lead Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Project Engineer to drive the EPC delivery of the Manifa IK project in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring engineering support, site surveys, procurement and construction activities are executed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide EPC delivery leadership for the IK project team.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from engineering design through construction set‑up to execution.
• Coordinate site surveys, procurement activities and sub‑contractor management.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor project performance, schedule and budget to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering EPC projects in the oil & gas sector.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
