Learning Experience Head Teacher – Sciences (National Curriculum)

About the role

Noon Academy is looking for a Head Teacher to lead the National Curriculum science track across its hybrid classrooms in Saudi Arabia. You will shape curriculum decisions, uphold quality standards, coach classroom facilitators and still spend time teaching to ensure the approach works in practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead curriculum and term planning for the science track (about 50% of the role).
• Collaborate with the design team to define topics, weighting and term structure.
• Review final lessons built in the system and ensure they meet academic standards.
• Coach and mentor teachers delivering the curriculum.
• Maintain a regular classroom presence to validate effectiveness.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of classroom teaching experience in science.
• Proven experience coaching other teachers.
• Deep familiarity with the Saudi national curriculum and assessments.
• Desire to impact thousands of students rather than a single class.
