Leasing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Leasing Manager to join The Place BC’s real‑estate team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves driving occupancy by identifying and securing new tenants while maintaining strong relationships with existing occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential tenants through leads, proactive marketing and networking.
• Conduct property tours and present available spaces to prospective clients.
• Lead lease negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and departmental heads to finalize lease agreements.
• Oversee lease administration, including documentation, rent collection and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and use the Nexudus CRM to track leads.
• Work with marketing and operations to coordinate a seamless leasing process.
• Develop relationships with existing tenants to encourage lease renewals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Achieve performance goals and participate in staff development activities.
