About the role

The Legal Consultant will join Edrak Law Firm’s Riyadh office to provide comprehensive legal support to a diverse client base. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing documents, advising on legal matters, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and finalize a variety of legal documents and contracts.
• Analyze client issues and deliver clear, actionable legal advice.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support clients with tailored legal solutions and ongoing assistance.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to address complex legal challenges.

Required profile

• Degree in law with solid understanding of legal principles and regulations.
• Proven experience in preparing legal documentation and handling related paperwork.
• Ability to identify legal issues and provide sound advice.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with legal practices in the Riyadh region is preferred.
