Legal & Contracts Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support to Alnafitha IT, focusing on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, employment matters, and dispute management. The role safeguards the company’s legal interests and ensures all business activities comply with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to senior management on a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements such as customer, supplier, partnership, distribution, service, NDA and SLA contracts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal, regulatory and contractual risks, including high‑risk provisions like limitation of liability and indemnities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR and other departments throughout the contracting process.
• Maintain a contracts register, monitor renewal and expiry dates, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support labor dispute handling, prepare legal responses, and represent the company before courts and government authorities where permitted.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia and Law from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate, commercial or IT environment.
• Strong experience in commercial contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Practical knowledge of Saudi Companies Law, Labor Law, Civil Transactions Law and Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
