Legal Specialist – Supply Chain (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Legal Specialist will provide comprehensive legal support to the company, focusing on logistics, transportation and supply‑chain operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, managing disputes and litigation, and ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate logistics, transportation, warehousing and supplier agreements.
• Provide legal advice to business units on contractual, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Represent the company in courts, judicial and quasi‑judicial authorities and manage cases through the Najiz platform.
• Handle financial claims, enforcement proceedings, promissory notes and settlements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the supply‑chain sector and prepare legal memoranda and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws such as the Land Transport Law, Civil Transactions Law and Commercial Courts Law.
• Hands‑on experience with the Najiz platform and government case‑management systems.
• Valid Saudi legal practice licence is a plus.
