Librarian – American Curriculum School

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Librarian to join our American curriculum school in Qortuba, Riyadh for the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility of continuing into the next year. The role involves managing the school library, supporting students and staff, and contributing to a vibrant learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the library, including circulation, shelving, and inventory.
• Assist students and teachers in locating resources and using library services.
• Organise and promote reading programs and after‑school activities.
• Maintain a modern, bright library space and ensure it meets the needs of a multicultural student body.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year teaching or library‑related experience.
• Must be a local hire residing in Riyadh.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of 07:00 – 15:00.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of library management practices.
