Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Boeing 787 & Airbus A320 Maintenance

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join its engineering team, focusing on maintenance of its Boeing 787 and Airbus A320/A321 fleet. The role involves ensuring aircraft airworthiness through rigorous maintenance, inspections, and certification while upholding the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, and troubleshooting on Boeing 787 and Airbus A320/A321 aircraft.
• Certify maintenance work in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and manufacturer documentation.
• Supervise and coach maintenance personnel, supporting line maintenance operations to minimise aircraft downtime.
• Promote a Just Culture and report incidents through the Safety Management System.

Required profile

• Diploma, certificate or equivalent qualification in Aircraft Maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience with recent certifying experience in the relevant licence category.
• Valid GACA, EASA or other CAA Aircraft Maintenance License.
• Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A320 Level III type training (practical and theoretical).
• Documentation of the last five years of maintenance experience, recency letters, and current certification authorisations.
• Appropriate police security clearance.
