Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate/M&A/Commercial

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a leading food and beverage organization in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Legal Counsel. You will work within a growing legal team, providing expert advice on corporate, commercial and M&A matters across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice on corporate and commercial issues, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Lead and support M&A transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Oversee corporate governance matters and advise the board.
• Manage cross‑border transactions and advise on international legal frameworks.
• Collaborate with business units on a broad range of business law matters.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience as a qualified lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in an international law firm environment.
• Strong exposure to international legal frameworks and cross‑border transactions.
