Logistic Operation Specialist

About the role

Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end logistics operations to ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery of materials. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, oversee logistics service providers, monitor shipments, control costs and invoices, and align processes with company policies, incoterms, and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and agree on work processes.
• Develop logistics plans and material movement from supplier to the company, communicating with logistics service providers.
• Provide quotations for material delivery to the purchasing/estimating team.
• Manage project material delivery schedules across sea, air, and road modes.
• Monitor logistics service provider performance against agreed KPIs.
• Follow up shipments and provide accurate status updates.
• Verify and process logistics service provider invoices in the ERP system.
• Manage the full operation process from RFQ to invoice payment.
• Collaborate with purchasing to define incoterms and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Develop document flow processes between suppliers and logistics departments.
• Liaise with finance for logistics service payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics or a related role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work with multiple internal teams and external providers.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP systems for invoice verification and payment processing.
