Logistics Coordinator – Cementation Products

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator for Cementation Products supports daily logistics operations, acting as the main liaison between customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal teams. The role ensures shipments are scheduled, tracked and documented accurately while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment scheduling, delivery tracking and purchase‑order follow‑up.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, transportation and invoicing records using SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Excel.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor logistics performance, resolve delivery issues and communicate delays, shortages or damages.
• Support inventory control, asset tracking and reporting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to cost‑effective logistics through documentation accuracy and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in logistics coordination or related supply‑chain functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Warehouse, Finance and Sales teams.

Required skills

• SAP ERP system.
• Oracle ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and reporting.
• Logistics transportation and supply‑chain process knowledge.
• Logistics documentation and shipment coordination.
