Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Riyadh office and support the delivery of turnkey construction projects. The role will manage the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring that materials and equipment are procured, stored and delivered on schedule to meet project deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, procurement, shipping and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to guarantee reliable logistics operations.
• Schedule and monitor deliveries to align with project timelines.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Identify and resolve logistics challenges promptly.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Continuously assess logistics processes and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in construction, contracting or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems quickly.
