Logistics Lead

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Logistics Lead to drive the logistics strategy for the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program. Reporting to the Construction Logistics Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of logistics activities across a six‑square‑kilometre master‑plan that includes early works, utilities, streets, parks and legacy mixed‑use development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning and governance for the Expo 2030 Riyadh site.
• Develop and implement Traffic Management Plans and Construction Access Management Plans.
• Coordinate supply‑chain integration and operational readiness for all construction phases.
• Manage contract documentation related to logistics and infrastructure works.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of utilities and public spaces.

Required profile

• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of experience in construction logistics or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of logistics governance and supply‑chain integration.
