Logistics Lead

About the role

The Logistics Lead will plan, coordinate and control all logistics activities for portfolio projects across Saudi Arabia. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective movement, receipt, storage and distribution of construction materials, equipment, tools and personnel while complying with project requirements, company policies, HSE standards and Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project‑specific logistics plans, procedures and schedules aligned with construction milestones.
• Coordinate site access, delivery routes, lay‑down areas, storage facilities and material flow, identifying and mitigating constraints.
• Manage delivery, receipt, inspection, storage and distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring adherence to approved schedules.
• Oversee transportation and fleet activities, including scheduling, utilization, maintenance and regulatory compliance for trucks, trailers, buses and heavy equipment.
• Control site logistics operations such as access control, traffic flow, unloading zones, lay‑down yards and material staging.
• Supervise warehouse and lay‑down‑yard logistics, handling receiving, issuing, transferring and tracking of inventory.
