Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

The Logistics Operations Manager will lead daily logistics activities for EXBD Limited Company in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and processes.
• Manage inventory flow and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers to uphold high service standards.
• Oversee logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and support budgeting, reporting, and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Strong logistics and supply‑chain management background, including transportation planning, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in logistics operations management, preferably within a business‑solutions or manpower‑logistics environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
