Logistics & Procurement Supervisor – Riyadh

About the role

The Logistics & Procurement Supervisor will manage end‑to‑end procurement, logistics and warehouse operations for the Saudi Arabian market, ensuring timely availability of materials while controlling costs and complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local and international procurement activities, including sourcing, quotation analysis, supplier negotiations and purchase order management.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, freight forwarding, shipping documentation, customs clearance and transportation to ensure compliance with KSA regulations.
• Supervise warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, dispatching, stock control, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage B2B and B2C fulfillment, including e‑commerce orders, last‑mile delivery, returns and customer‑specific delivery requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor performance of suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and third‑party logistics providers against SLAs and cost targets.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimization opportunities across purchasing, freight, warehousing and working‑capital management.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, delegated authorities and Saudi customs, import and transportation regulations.
• Lead and develop the Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse teams, setting KPIs and managing workload.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations, preferably in retail, manufacturing or FMCG.
• Hands‑on knowledge of KSA logistics, customs clearance and import regulations.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and third‑party logistics providers.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes and working‑capital optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, set KPIs and drive continuous process improvement.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent stakeholder management skills.
