Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shift operations within noon’s e‑commerce fulfilment network. The role supports daily workflow, ensures compliance with SOPs and health‑and‑safety standards, and drives continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deputise for the shift leader as required and conduct end‑of‑shift debriefs.
• Assign tasks to staff, monitor workflow and meet daily performance metrics.
• Perform security checks and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Analyse logistics complaints, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage logistics billing, cost control and financial analysis.
• Design and implement complex logistics projects, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Promote a strong health‑and‑safety culture in line with legislation and company policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in e‑commerce logistics.
• Strong analytical ability and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven track record of supporting strategic initiatives that improve financial performance.
