Luxury Travel Consultant - Arabic & English Speaking

About the role

As a Luxury Travel Consultant you will act as the trusted travel partner for high‑net‑worth Arabic‑speaking clients, delivering discreet, personalized and seamless luxury travel experiences across global destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Design, book and manage bespoke luxury itineraries, handling complex requests and changes with discretion.
• Provide service in both Arabic and English, applying deep cultural awareness of Middle Eastern preferences.
• Advise on premium destinations, luxury hotels, private experiences and halal‑friendly options.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, DMCs and other luxury partners to secure VIP benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, quality standards and seamless end‑to‑end experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in luxury leisure travel, concierge or tour operating.
• Proven track record creating tailor‑made itineraries for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Fluent professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to upsell additional services.

Required skills

• Amadeus (preferred GDS system).
