Machine Operator – BOBST Folder‑Gluer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh focuses on operating a BOBST Folder‑Gluer machine to produce packaging materials. The operator ensures safe, efficient, and accurate production while adhering to job specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor the folder‑gluer to meet production targets.
• Prepare raw materials, adjust machine settings, and perform basic maintenance.
• Use hand tools for routine adjustments, minor repairs, and machine setup.
• Inspect finished output for quality and consistency, recording production data.
• Report technical issues promptly and collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, keep the work area clean, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong machine‑operation experience with industrial equipment, preferably BOBST Folder‑Gluer or similar.
• Quality‑control awareness with attention to detail for product inspection.
• Effective communication to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, and colleagues.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read production orders and work instructions.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, handle materials safely, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machinery operation is a plus.
