Machine Operator

About the role

Sulzer is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team in Dammam’s 3rd industrial city. You will be responsible for running production equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring product quality and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate machinery according to standard instructions.
• Monitor machine performance, make minor adjustments, and record production data.
• Inspect output for quality, report any defects, and assist in corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures and report issues promptly.

Required profile

• Vocational training or equivalent experience, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and work well in a team.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and physical stamina for standing and handling equipment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production setting.
• Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus.
