Maintenance & Operations Support Manager

About the role

The Manager – Maintenance and Operations Support ensures that all destination facilities and infrastructure at ADRENA operate at peak performance. You will lead the planning, execution and continuous improvement of preventive and reactive maintenance programmes across MEP systems, attractions, utilities and seawater filtration facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
• Manage MEP systems, ride equipment and seawater filtration infrastructure.
• Oversee asset inspections and maintain service records using a CMMS.
• Supervise internal technicians and outsourced maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, OEM standards and relevant regulations.
• Respond rapidly to breakdowns, implement corrective actions and minimise downtime.
• Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and plan replenishment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities or industrial maintenance management.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage third‑party vendors.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and asset reliability principles.
• Experience working in a high‑energy entertainment or tourism environment is a plus.
