Maintenance Store Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the engineering store, ensuring that all maintenance parts and supplies are available, accurately recorded, and compliant with company standards. This role supports the maintenance team by managing inventory, procurement, and reporting within PepsiCo’s operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the engineering store according to SOPs, ensuring compliance with EHS, GMP, and QFS standards.
• Monitor stock levels, trigger re‑orders, and coordinate with maintenance managers to keep parts availability optimal.
• Update daily transactions in the store inventory system and create item codes in collaboration with IT.
• Conduct monthly and yearly inventory audits, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams, customs clearance, and finance to manage the purchase and receipt of local and imported materials.
• Generate regular stock movement reports for department heads and maintenance managers.

• Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, and customs officials.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
