Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of manufacturing equipment and production machinery at its Riyadh facility. The role ensures reliable operations, supports continuous improvement, and aligns maintenance activities with ISO and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Winders, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC‑controlled systems.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory to minimise production downtime.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HSE requirements, and local safety regulations.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, preferably in power transformer production.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety practices and preventive maintenance systems.
