About the role
As a Maintenance/Shift Engineer you will help keep the hotel safe, functional and welcoming for guests and staff. You will work across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and any issues are resolved promptly.
Key responsibilities
- Support hotel facility maintenance and ensure physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team work orders, handling service requests efficiently.
- Perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry as needed.
- Carry out preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Document inspections, repairs and any follow‑up actions in the maintenance system.
Required profile

- Demonstrates integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
