Make-Up Artist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Make‑Up Artist to work on live bulletins and programmes for MBC GROUP. The role involves creating on‑screen looks for presenters and guests, ensuring they appear flawless under studio lighting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide make‑up services for presenters and guests during live broadcasts.
• Apply knowledge of lighting, photographic processes and colour theory to achieve optimal on‑camera results.
• Use special‑effects make‑up techniques while minimizing any adverse skin reactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of make‑up products and industry trends.
• Ensure hygiene and proper storage of all make‑up supplies.
• Advise presenters on colour tonality and adapt to individual preferences and timing constraints.
• Prepare presenters and guests promptly for scheduled programmes.

Required profile

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of experience as a make‑up artist in the broadcasting or performing media industry.
• Familiarity with the latest broadcast‑make‑up techniques and products.
