Manager, Cloud and Integration

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a senior professional to lead its Azure cloud and integration initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of the airline’s cloud environment while supporting its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Azure cloud infrastructure, guaranteeing high availability and performance.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and full‑stack observability across services.
• Design, test and document disaster‑recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
• Act as the first line of defence during incidents, troubleshooting and resolving issues swiftly.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, automation and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support DevOps and micro‑services architectures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex Azure cloud and SaaS infrastructures.
• Degree‑qualified with strong exposure to DevOps and micro‑services environments.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale cloud projects and incident response.
