Manager – Data & Business Intelligence

About the role

Our client is strengthening its enterprise decision‑making capabilities by establishing a central Data & Business Intelligence function to support Artificial Intelligence initiatives and improve strategic insights across its operating companies. Based in Riyadh, the Manager reports to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and will lead the development of enterprise dashboards, executive reporting and analytics for the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise‑wide dashboards, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to consolidate operational and commercial data, establish common reporting standards and deliver actionable insights.
• Work with AI Business Consultants to ensure data availability, reporting quality and analytical capabilities that support AI‑driven decision‑making.
• Ensure reporting quality and data availability to support AI‑driven projects.

Required profile

• Strong experience in business intelligence, enterprise reporting, analytics or corporate performance management.
• Proven expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, SQL or similar analytics platforms.
• Track record of supporting executive decision‑making through advanced analytics in diversified organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subsidiary leadership and AI Business Consultants.
