Manager - Gaming IP Partnerships

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Manager – Gaming IP Partnerships to lead the identification, negotiation and management of strategic gaming intellectual property collaborations. The role will support Qiddiya’s ambition to become a premier entertainment destination by integrating popular gaming brands into its guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential gaming IP partners that align with Qiddiya’s entertainment strategy.
• Lead negotiations and draft agreements for gaming IP partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing and operations teams to integrate IP into attractions and offerings.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize commercial value of each partnership.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with IP owners to ensure mutual success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in partnership management, business development or similar roles, preferably within gaming, entertainment or IP sectors.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
