Manager - Maintenance and Operations Support

About the role

The Manager – Maintenance and Operations Support ensures that all destination facilities and infrastructure operate at peak performance. You will lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of preventive and reactive maintenance programs across MEP systems, attractions, utilities, and water‑treatment facilities while guaranteeing safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
• Manage MEP systems, ride equipment and both freshwater and seawater pool treatment plants.
• Oversee asset inspections and service records using a CMMS.
• Supervise internal technicians and outsourced maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations and engineering to minimise disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, OEM standards and relevant regulations.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory tracker and manage critical spare parts and tools.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and monitor service‑level agreements.
• Report maintenance KPIs to leadership and recommend lifecycle improvements.
• Lead technical audits, inspections and condition assessments for infrastructure and attractions.
• Collaborate on CAPEX planning, recommending upgrades or asset replacements based on performance and lifespan.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• At least 3 years managing maintenance in the leisure and entertainment sector.
• Strong facility‑management knowledge; water‑treatment and ride‑maintenance experience is a plus.
