Manager - Operational Readiness

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager – Operational Readiness to ensure that all operational elements are fully prepared for the launch of its large‑scale entertainment projects. You will develop readiness frameworks, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and manage the transition from project execution to day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated Operational Readiness master schedule in Primavera P6 covering workforce mobilisation, training, systems, SOPs, permits, FF&E/OS&E, trial operations and handover.
• Align OR schedules with project milestones, stage gates and asset opening dates, coordinating with PMO and delivery partners.
• Develop countdown and T‑minus plans for asset openings, including trial and soft‑opening phases.
• Track progress against baselines, identify slippage, assess critical‑path impacts and escalate risks with recovery options.
• Produce scheduling reports, dashboards and look‑ahead views using Power BI and Excel for leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from functional leads, manage change control, baseline updates and document assumptions and dependencies.
• Support workforce ramp‑up by aligning recruitment, onboarding and training timelines with operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of scheduling or planning experience, preferably in operational readiness, giga‑projects, entertainment/hospitality openings or large‑scale infrastructure.
• Hands‑on expertise with Primavera P6, including baseline and change control on complex programmes.
• Experience supporting asset openings, trial operations or commissioning‑to‑operations transitions is strongly preferred.
• PMP, PMI‑SP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
