Manager – Physical Security & Command Center Consulting

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Manager to lead physical security and command‑center engagements for public‑sector and critical‑infrastructure clients across the region. You will work within the Digital & Cyber Business Unit, shaping security strategies that integrate video analytics, access control and perimeter protection into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement physical security architectures for campuses, cities or critical infrastructure projects.
• Define client requirements, evaluate vendors and assure solution quality.
• Integrate PSIM command‑center platforms and develop CCC design workflows, CONOPS and operating models.
• Lead CCTV and video‑surveillance deployments, including AI‑enabled analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end security solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in physical security consulting or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering projects for public‑sector or critical‑infrastructure clients.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate with senior stakeholders.
