Manager, PR & Communication

About the role

The PR & Communication Manager will lead the development and execution of public relations and communication strategies that strengthen the organisation’s reputation and ensure consistent messaging for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the organisation’s strategic direction.
• Plan and prioritise communication activities to support branding, visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage all public relations activities, including media relations, press conferences, briefings and public events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets and influencers.
• Write, review and oversee the production of press releases, speeches, reports and other media content.
• Monitor public opinion, media coverage and audience feedback, providing recommendations to enhance reputation.
• Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and coordinated messaging during emergencies.
• Manage and support PR and communication teams, collaborating with internal departments for unified messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of experience in public relations or corporate communication.
