About the role
Our client is a leading fashion retail group with a strong footprint across Saudi Arabia. The Managing Director will lead overall retail performance across fashion brands, overseeing merchandising, operations, marketing, and expansion strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall retail performance across fashion brands.
- Oversee merchandising, operations, marketing, and expansion strategy.
- Drive profitability, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
- Manage senior leadership teams and partner with brand principals.
- Hold full P&L responsibility and provide strategic influence.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience within fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Strong exposure to Saudi retail dynamics.
- Demonstrated commercial leadership, brand understanding, and operational discipline.
- Experience managing multi‑brand portfolios is highly advantageous.
