Manufacturing Multiskilled Worker

About the role

The Manufacturing Multiskilled Worker is responsible for applying and managing standardized manufacturing and production methods while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures strict adherence to processes, supports basic maintenance activities, and promotes a safe and quality‑focused work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and enforce standardized manufacturing and production processes across a broad scope, including basic maintenance tasks.
• Identify and communicate health, safety, quality, and environmental risks to the Team Leader, reporting incidents and near‑misses.
• Suggest and implement improvements to operating modes and process performance.
• Follow escalation procedures for any deviations in safety, environment, quality, or performance.
• Record barriers and performance metrics using the Red/Green follow‑up system.
• Perform Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance activities as required.

Required profile

• Strong awareness of health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Ability to report incidents, near‑misses and suggest corrective actions.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Capability to follow standard operating procedures and escalation processes.
• Attention to detail in recording performance data and maintaining documentation.
• Basic maintenance knowledge (Level 1 & 2) and willingness to learn.
