Market Analytics & Contracts Manager

About the role

The Manager – Market Analytics and Contracts supports commercial decision‑making by turning performance data into actionable insights. You will drive revenue optimisation through reporting, market analysis, financial modelling and contract performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast commercial demand across airport terminals, zones and categories to inform asset planning and tenant‑mix strategies.
• Analyse category and zone performance to identify space‑optimisation and commercial opportunities.
• Evaluate travel trends, macro‑economic indicators and global benchmarks to refine forecasts and performance targets.
• Review rental rates, concession fees and revenue‑sharing models to spot renegotiation and repricing chances.
• Support design and negotiation of commercial contract frameworks, including performance indicators, variable rent terms and incentives.
• Own monthly commercial performance reporting, dashboards and quarterly business reviews.
• Conduct variance, root‑cause analysis, scenario modelling and financial modelling for commercial initiatives.
• Track contract KPIs, obligations, renewals and overall performance in coordination with business owners and Legal.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field; Master’s or professional qualification (CFA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position within Commercial Analytics, Finance, FP&A, Revenue Management or Contract Performance.
• Proven ability to translate commercial and financial data into strategic recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis).
• Power BI or equivalent data‑visualisation tools.
• KPI tracking and executive reporting.
